Request for Qualifications: Friends of Aransas National Wildlife Refuge Public Art Sculpture
Calling all sculptors! The Friends of Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, in coordination with the San Antonio River Foundation, are commissioning a permanent public artwork to welcome visitors and honor the refuge’s stunning wildlife—including the endangered whooping crane. 🏞️✨
We’re seeking experienced artists or artist teams with a strong background in 3D public art. The sculpture will serve as a landmark and educational experience at the Aransas National Wildlife Visitor Center.
