ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)
This position will provide administrative support to the Executive Director by handling information requests and preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting Foundation staff as needed. The ideal candidate is a naturally curious person who gets along in team settings but isn’t afraid to strike out into autonomy wilderness. This person understands that big ideas need big logistics and if the details aren’t right, the offering won’t feel right— someone capable, insightful, and deliverables-oriented.
This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week primarily Tuesday and Thursday with occasional weekends assisting the Park Programming Coordinator. Click HERE for more information.
