City Council River Clean Up

Join us for the City Council River Cleanup!
The San Antonio River Foundation, San Antonio River Authority, SA Parks & Recreation, and City Council District 3 invite you to help care for our San Antonio River on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Ages 15+ welcome.

We’re on a mission to reduce waste at the source and protect the river—a lifeline for our community and local wildlife. This program is made possible with support from International.

All materials are provided (gloves, bags, litter grabbers). Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes; long pants, a hat, and sunscreen recommended. Bring your reusable water bottle—refill station available!

Stay 30 minutes or the full 3 hours—every bit helps. Arriving late? No problem. Staff will be at the parking lot all morning to get you set up.
