Ready to Reserve Confluence Park?

Thank you for your interest in booking space at Confluence Park for your event. Use the 3 steps below to secure your booking. 1. Clear the Date, 2. Know Park Policies, 3. Reserve & Pay

Step 1: Clear the Date

The first step to booking is to clear the date with the San Antonio River Foundation Staff via the form on our Booking Inquiry Page. Your Inquiry Form does not guarantee a Park reservation. We will contact you after reviewing your submission, letting you know it is ok to book. Once this is done you’re ready for step two.

Step 2: Know our Park Policies

For all reservations:

    • Be sure to read through the attached Policies and Procedures in order for a full return of your deposit. Pay special attention to page 4 with policies on how to use the space and how to clean up the space for closing procedures.
    • We are an open park with no gates, so the general public will potentially pass through the adjacent spaces, but generally are very respectful of events. If you’d like to put up temporary “private event” signs out you are welcome to with approval from SARF.
    • We follow the “leave no trace” nature practice. So please leave the space as you found it or better.
    • No Confetti, No Silly String, No Chalk, Nor Fake Flowers, No Balloon Remnants
    • Please don’t leave anything behind, particularly any confetti, fake flower petals or trash. These things get are very difficult to clean up and inevitably make it into the nearby San Antonio River which we work so hard to keep clean.
    • If you need help finding a cleaning crew, we can suggest one.
    • Please don’t use any confetti or leave any trash outside of the trash cans.
    • This Map will help you decide the best space to reserve
    • This Parking Map will show guests where to park in case the parking lot gets full. Cars in the bus lane on W. Mitchell will be towed, FYI.
    • The Policies & Procedures Packet will guide you through the proper use of the facilities
    • A Map of Power Outlets for any lighting or audio needs on the pavilion
    • You can read more details in the linked Policies & Procedures document.
    • We are a shared collaborative space and we don’t have a regular cleaning service for the indoor classroom, so it is up to each guest who makes a reservation to clean up after themselves. Especially taking trash and food waste. We do have a cleaning service for the exterior of the park and bathrooms, so all trash and recycling must be moved to the exterior trash cans.
    • Please account for set up time and clean up time in your reservation. A SARF event liason will let you in and out of the space at the reserved time.
  • We offer qualifying nonprofit events discounts 25% off outdoor pavilions fees and 50% off the education center fees. Find details on our sponsorship page before reserving your space. Once your application is received and if approved, we will send you a discount code to use during check out.

  • Photo permits can be purchased at any time without contacting the office including inpromptu sessions at the park. Though RESERVATIONS HAVE PRIORITY OVER PHOTO PERMITS. If you’d like to guarantee the space for your portrait ahead of time, then you may want to consider reserving the space instead of a photo permit.

Step 3: Reserve & Pay via the Form below:

When you are ready, please reserve your space or buy your photo permit below. Please note if you book before confirming the date with the office, your event is subject to cancellation.

Here are the steps to reserving the facility:

  1. Choose the date you’d like to reserve on the left-hand side
  2. Review the DETAILS link for each space
  3. Click the Green “BOOK NOW” Button for the facility that you’d like to reserve and choose a time.
    1. If you have a PROMO CODE: On the “BOOK NOW” pop up, click the lower left-hand words “Apply Promo or Voucher” then enter your discount code and hit the “APPLY” Button.
  4. Hit “CONTINUE” which will take you to an Event Details page.
    1. If you are doing a multi-day booking:
      At the top left-hand side of the Event Details page is a “+ Add to Booking” Click the “+ Add to Booking” Button which will take you back to our main reservation page. Repeat steps 1-4 until you return to the Event Details page.
  5. Finalize your reservation by submitting your event details and payment.
