Special Events Assistant

Objective: 

A Special Events Assistant will help with various aspects of hosting special events.

Qualifications: 

A Special Events Assistant should have an outgoing personality, be able to think on his/her feet, and be willing to work on evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities: 

Special Events Assistants will help with the set up and/or take-down of events, serve as ushers, check-in guests, sell foundation merchandise and/or other activities related to specific events.

Orientation & Training: 

Requires some on-sight training to take place the day of the event.

Time & Place: 

Duties will take place primarily in the evenings and on weekends at various locations. See event listing for dates.

Commitment: 

Special Events Assistant’s are needed year round for our various events. We ask for a commitment of 2 events per year and 3 hours per event.

On-the-Job Supervision: 

Special Events Assistant’s will report to Karen Kimbell, Development Coordinator.
