Presentations Designer

Objective: 

The Presentation Assistant will help prepare graphics for presentations.

Qualifications: 

The Presentation Assistant should have computer drafting or digital graphic design skills, be familiar with presentation tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint and Acrobat, be able to adhere to deadlines, and bring a positive and professional attitude to each project.

Responsibilities: 

The Presentation Assistant will help edit and create graphics such as maps and diagrams needed for meetings and presentations. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or PhotoShop, and Powerpoint is recommended.

Orientation & Training: 

Requires significant training and orientation scheduled as needed to accommodate qualified volunteers.

Time & Place: 

Duties will take place primarily during normal working hours at the San Antonio River Foundation office, with the possibility of working on projects from home.

Commitment: 

Presentation Assistant’s are needed year round depending on projects needed, and we ask for a commitment of approximately 8 hours per month.

On-the-Job Supervision: 

Presentation Assistant’s will report to Mike Addkison, Projects Director.
