Street-level Railings

San Antonio born artist Rolando Briseño is redesigning the railings on two bridges at McCullough and Brooklyn Streets, incorporating references to river and water shapes and regional hospitality at each rail and arbor form. His structures will shade pedestrians, encouraging them to linger and connect with the river below. Installation is planned for Spring 2012.
