Robert Olivares

Robert Olivares served as Vice President of Hispanic Marketing for Texas, and Director of Hispanic Marketing for Texas before becoming Corporate Vice President of Multicultural Marketing for Republic National Distributing Company. Prior to joining Republic, he worked for Nabisco Biscuit Company and Pepsi Bottling Group. Robert also serves as an adjunct professor of Marketing at The University of the Incarnate Word.
Robert is a Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors for Latino Education Advancement Pipeline (TXLEAP.org), serves on the Advisory Board for the H-E-B School of Business as well as the Center for Multicultural Studies in Business Education and Leadership at The University of the Incarnate Word, and is a member of the American Marketing Association, SA Vision’s Texas Hispanic Upfront Advertisers’ Council. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Hispanic Business Association and the Public Affairs and Local Government Committee of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Adminstration degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Edward's University, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of the Incarnate Word.
