Lyn Selig

Born and raised in San Antonio, Lyn recently moved downtown to the Lavaca neighborhood. Lyn and husband, Pete, have been married 35 years and have two grown children, Stuart (married to Laura) and Jocelyn. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.

 

Lyn has had a varied career through the years in retail, marketing and community relations. Her path took her from selling stationery to owning and buying for a garden store to helping open Central Market stores around the state. She also worked for the Public Affairs department at HEB during the 100^th Anniversary. Her last project was helping open the CIA at Pearl for Silver Ventures.

 

Lyn and Pete enjoy being involved in the community and have participated and chaired many events for organizations. She is passionate about Planned Parenthood and is also the Chair of the Community Leadership Council.
