Jason Luce

Jason Luce has served as Vice President, Finance at Rackspace since February 2008.  Mr. Luce comes to Rackspace from Morgan Stanley where he served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division specializing in equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions for internet-infrastructure and emerging communications companies. Mr. Luce was a corporate lawyer in New York and London for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2000 to 2004, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.  Mr. Luce received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas and his JD degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
